Responsibilities

The role typically includes some combination of four domains:

Business architecture: business process infrastructure and design

Data architecture: data assets, management, and infrastructure

Application architecture: application deployment, interoperability, life cycle

Technology architecture: software & hardware infrastructure

Capture, map, refine, and curate Yorktel business processes as well as their associated data flows, data objects, and metrics to render them visible, measurable, and manageable.

Plan, design, deploy, and maintain business process management software and associated workflow automation to provide the tools for process management.

Plan, design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure necessary to host and publish documentation and data across Yorktel to inform business decisions. This includes:

Business processes, process management, metrics, etc.

SOPs, work instructions, etc.

Business intelligence assets

Oversee the deployment of software applications to ensure the alignment of various departments and maintain a healthy & productive digital ecosystem.

Forecast Yorktel’s business needs to anticipate demands on enterprise systems infrastructure and to build out in advance.

Oversee or directly manage any teams associated with these tasks per supervisor discretion.
