Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise and domain-specific IT strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and goals.
Identify and capitalize on new business capabilities and technology-driven opportunities.
Define operating models to achieve strategic goals, including support for due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
Tailor and enhance enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Integrate enterprise architecture with other organizational processes and ensure its alignment across all domains.
Develop and deliver communication and educational materials for diverse stakeholders.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of enterprise architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and reusable patterns.
Lead Architecture Review Board operations and ensure IT portfolio decisions deliver value while optimizing costs.
Guide architects across domains to ensure alignment with strategic goals and enterprise standards.
Assess solution alternatives and provide insights during vendor evaluations.
Act as a consultant to business and technical teams on architecture-related matters.
Evaluate architecture impacts for planning and resource estimation.
Provide regular reporting on enterprise architecture progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
14+ years of progressive engineering experience or 10+ years in enterprise architecture, leading cross-domain initiatives.
Proven ability to motivate and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Expertise in collaboration, solution development, and team coaching.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in domain-specific architecture frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Must disclose any conditions that may impact eligibility to work on Federal health care programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred.
