Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic customer relationships with enterprise accounts
Lead the onboarding process for new accounts and clinicians
Proactively identify and address customer needs to drive satisfaction and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver strategic programs for customer growth
Communicate value to clients using data to drive expansion and retention opportunities

Required
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales and/or customer success in genomics and/or biotechnology
Bachelor's degree in relevant concentration preferred
Strong experience in field sales or account management
Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Passion for coaching and mentoring others
Preferred
Experience in genomics and/or biotechnology industry
Experience managing complex, technical projects
