Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and coach your team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives
Partner x-functionally to drive a team-based approach to winning and growing enterprise accounts
Drive operational excellence through a tight operating rhythm and structured sales process
Be a product expert and feel comfortable assisting your team in generating, advancing, and closing strategic deals
Accurately assess the skills, motivators, and career goals of each team member and provide ongoing coaching to improve their performance and support their career path
Develop and implement sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against company targets
Perform regular pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and accurately forecast sales pipeline
Achieve consistent Pipeline Generation results through the development and execution of effective plans, and enablement
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Builderās product, value drivers, competitors

Required
2+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, leading teams focused on selling to the Global 2k
Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Expertise in developing and executing value based sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive significant revenue growth
Strong background in selling to enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
