Responsibilities
Evaluate, recommend, and implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to meet current and future business needs. Define requirements and architect technical implementations to meet those needs appropriately.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their desired business outcomes and ensure the ERP system delivers intended value to end users.
Design and configure customized ERP solutions that align with the organization’s objectives.
Integrate ERP solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
Maintain and upgrade ERP systems to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ERP system, and communicate problem status to colleagues, customers, and vendors in a timely manner.
Establish and administer security and access controls for the ERP system to ensure data integrity and information security.
Monitor the performance of the ERP system and adjust and optimize as necessary.
Setup and manage non-production and production environments (on-premises or cloud-based) to support development, testing, and production support work.
Engage with external stakeholders such as vendor partners and consultants in the course of supporting ERP systems and related operational or project work.
Lead complex projects or project work streams following project management best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging ERP technologies.
Provide technical leadership, support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Generate and maintain documentation of knowledge related to ERP systems.

Occasionally work outside normal business hours potentially accounting for 5% (+/-) of monthly work hours. Work outside normal business hours may be in conjunction with a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Required
Five or more years of experience managing ERP systems (or comparable information systems) demonstrating the ability to design, implement, configure, integrate, and administer complex software solutions.
Experience with financial management (Workday Financials and Agiloft), people/talent management (Workday HCM), and document management/distribution (Hyland OnBase, OpenText xPression, and Nintex K2) ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems management, or another IT-related field is preferred.
Preferred
Technical credentials or certifications in any of the ERP systems mentioned above.
