Responsibilities
Analyze current finance system usage, identify gaps, and prioritize solutions for improved efficiency and automation
Collaborate with Operations, finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and system dependencies, particularly for the vendor managed finance applications
Define and document system requirements, aligning them with operational and business goals
Assist in evaluating additional finance-related applications to enhance or replace existing systems
Effectively gather feedback, define user stories, and translate business needs into technical requirements
Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend solutions that meet business objectives
Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades, minimizing disruptions to operations
Manage tickets submitted by the afore mentioned groups and prioritize bugs effectively
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly, assisting with configuration and testing as needed
Manage project timelines, sprints, or Kanban boards for finance system initiatives
Create comprehensive documentation, including workflow charts, system specifications, and end-user guides, and support training efforts as needed

Required
5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Excellent communication, documentation, and listening skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with data analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Business analysis skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
