Responsibilities
Coordinate Virtual and Live Productions: Supervise end-to-end processes of entertainment engagements, including auditions, rehearsals, and live broadcasts.
Scheduling and Coordination: Establish daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for production teams, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are efficiently met.
Logistics Oversight: Collaborate with production staff, ensuring that all technical, administrative, and creative aspects are seamlessly arranged.
Internal Communication: Serve as a principal point of contact between creative directors, performers, and production specialists.
External Communication: Engage with external vendors, sponsors, and potential partners, cultivating positive relationships and ensuring the timely flow of project-related information.
Coordination of Media Interactions: Provide pertinent background information and scheduling details to press or media outlets seeking interviews, previews, or exclusive features.
Research Current Trends: Identify new and emerging entertainment trends, researching innovative solutions to keep productions distinctive and competitive.
Collaborate with Writers and Producers: Participate in brainstorming sessions and production planning, providing insights on audience engagement tactics, narrative structure, and stylistic elements.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of content, verifying consistency with the organization’s creative vision and industry regulations.
Expenditure Tracking: Monitor production-related expenses, confirm accuracy of invoices, and coordinate timely vendor payments.
Fiscal Reporting: Prepare financial statements, budget analyses, and cost projections in collaboration with finance departments.
Resource Allocation: Allocate budgets to specific segments of the production process to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising artistic quality.
Data Organization: Maintain databases, digital repositories, and comprehensive project files for internal records.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all productions adhere to legal, safety, and operational guidelines, addressing necessary licensing and rights management.
Documentation and Reporting: Draft performance reports, production summaries, and relevant metrics for executive review.
