Responsibilities

Process orders and data entry with high-level accuracy

Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times

Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on the level of expertise

Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction

Communicate regularly to the Sales and Marketing team on goals and progress

Assist in orientations if promoted into Training or Leadership Position

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
