Responsibilities
Source candidates : Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong pipeline of talent.
Craft compelling outreach : Write personalized messages that candidates want to respond to and build those relationships.
Resume review and phone screenings : Dive into applications/resumes to identify top talent, then conduct initial interviews to ensure alignment.
Coordinate interviews : Serve as the organizational backbone, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide feedback : Keep candidates and hiring managers updated throughout the process with clear communication—ghosting is for haunted houses, not recruiting.
Collaborate : Work with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Provide exceptional candidate experience : Listen, communicate clearly, and prioritize creating a positive impression at every step. Be the person candidates remember for all the right reasons.
Business development : Identify and engage new clients, build relationships, and help bring in opportunities to grow the business.
Stay current : Keep an eye on trends in recruitment and employer branding to continuously improve our approach.

Required
A strong ability to identify talent and assess fit quickly and accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re engaging, professional, and efficient.

Tech-savviness, including familiarity with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office.
