Responsibilities
Assist clients with making travel reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
Coordinate with various vendors to secure bookings and confirm reservations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications.
Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends and vendor offerings to provide clients with the best options.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
