Responsibilities

Prepare concise deliverables that assess potential environmental impact, compliance, and liability risks for single and multi-site diligence projects.

Complete multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards are met on project deliverables, all while meeting tight deadlines.

Work closely with Environmental Business Advisors to provide consulting advice to industry and legal clients.

Enjoy and contribute to positive and collaborative approach with co-workers and clients!

Participate in rewarding incentive programs.

Willingness to diversify and expand skill sets outside of environmental due diligence.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or a minor in a science related field, such as environmental science, engineering, or related discipline

2 to 5 years of experience in environmental/facilities consulting, working on environmental due diligence projects with a core understanding of legal concepts of business transactions

Knowledge of ASTM standards and AAI rules required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and organizational skills; and experience or talent for writing comprehensive technical reports

Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Demonstrate strong decision-making and delegation skills by knowing when to seek support

Must reside close to a major airport

Ability to have your office in your home (we provide equipment)
