Responsibilities
Assist with comprehensive environmental compliance audits to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Track the progress and completion of audits, including implementing corrective actions.
Aid in modifying and renewing environmental permits, licenses, certifications, and plans.
Collect, organize, analyze, and manage large volumes of client data efficiently.
Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports for multiple clients simultaneously.
Assist in developing SPCC, SWP3, waste management, pollution prevention, and other environmental plans.
Provide support across various projects, including conducting regulatory research, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing technical documents.
Have foundational knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs.
Operate within established quality, budget, and schedule expectations while adhering to the scope of specific assignments.

Required
B.S. degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (M.S. preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong mathematical skills
Solid understanding of technical writing principles and practices
Experience conducting multi-discipline environmental audits
Possess working knowledge of federal environmental and safety regulations, including RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA, TSCA, SDWA, PPA, NPDES, OSHA, as well as various state-specific regulations
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite software programs
Preferred
Advanced Excel is strongly desired
