Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate hospital workflows and processes related to the Epic system.

Coordinate and manage user change requests and enhancement requests for Epic.

Perform in-depth analysis of technical issues, workflows, and data associated with Epic.

Assist in planning, testing, and implementing new features and updates within Epic.

Collaborate with end-users to collect feedback, troubleshoot issues, and refine system workflows.

Maintain a deep understanding of the Epic system and its relationship with other enterprise systems.

Provide Epic system training to users, ensuring understanding of the system and its features.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and operation.
