Responsibilities

Assess and interpret QIP performance metric specifications with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Recommend achievable performance metrics and validate pseudocode documentation.

Implement, test, and secure approval for metrics to support program audits.

Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to prepare year-to-date performance reports, dashboards, and other analytics solutions.

Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, including requirement gathering, testing, and documentation.

Optimize data structures and ensure efficient metric-related queries.
