Responsibilities
Collaborate with an array of diverse leaders, from scheduling and registration administrators, to clinical chairs, to marketing and communication experts-in order to optimize patient access for both in-person and virtual care.
Management of this team includes responsibility for the implementation, support, and expansion of Epic applications such as Cadence, Cheers (CRM), Hello World, Referrals/Authorizations, and Welcome, as well as integration with non-Epic applications-all in the effort to create a seamless patient journey.

Required
Baccalaureate degree, in computer science, business or clinical related field or equivalent work experience.
Professional certification(s) and/or related experience beyond minimum training experience qualifications may substitute for formal education requirement on a two years’ experience-for-one year education basis.
Epic Cadence experience required
7 years’ experience with Epic Cadence & operational experience in a clinical or healthcare business field.
3 years of management/leadership experience required (People management preferred, project management acceptable in absence of people management)
Preferred
Master’s Degree preferred
PMP Certification preferred
Previous Epic experience preferred
Previous IT experience preferred
Working knowledge of MS Project is strongly preferred
