Responsibilities
Configure, maintain and support Epic Optime and Anesthesia applications to align with business requirements.
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure workflows are optimized and aligned with organizational goals.
Support the integration of third-party applications and patient monitoring systems with Epic.
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for hospital departments.
Serve as a project leader for the development and installation of new systems or software applications.
Conduct testing to ensure the integrity of system configurations and workflows.
Manage a high volume of changes and system adjustments in a dynamic hospital environment.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.

Required
2–3 years of experience in IT application development, training, and implementation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Epic Optime and/or Anesthesia certification is required.
Solid understanding of Epic systems and integration with related technologies.
Familiarity with operating room management, patient monitoring systems, and anesthesia workflows.
Knowledge of recent developments in software systems, programming languages, and relational databases.
Strong skills in report writing, query languages, and system analysis.
Ability to gather and document business and IT system requirements effectively.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work collaboratively across departments.
Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Demonstrated ability to meet project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
