Responsibilities
Collaborate with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes
Formulate logical statements of business, scientific, and engineering requirements
Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective options
Design detailed systems testing plans to ensure accurate and effective product delivery
Analyze existing system logic difficulties, revising logic and procedures as necessary

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of four years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
Epic Orders Certification and experience required
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in various business, scientific, and engineering mathematical techniques
Ability to work collaboratively with development, operations, technical support, and other IT areas
Preferred
Experience leading projects and providing direction to other Application Analysts
Familiarity with diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools
Previous experience in a healthcare-related IT role
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems
Effective communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
