Responsibilities

Epic Build Optimization : Review and optimize current Epic build for PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker to streamline revenue cycle operations.

Work Queue Functionality : Assist the Revenue Cycle Director in improving work queue management and functionality within Epic.

Reporting & Dashboards : Support the creation of revenue cycle reporting and dashboards in Epic to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Epic Community Connect Support : Collaborate with the Epic Director to manage tickets placed with the Epic Community Connect host site.

System Improvements : Work with the Revenue Cycle Director to enhance Epic and clearinghouse functionality.

End-User Training : Assist in the development of end-user training materials and deliver training to ensure proper utilization of Epic tools and features.
