Responsibilities

Acute (Procedural – examples: Cupid/Cardiology, Endoscopy, OpTime/Surgery, Anesthesia, Supply Chain Management)

Strong PM skills, including portfolio management experience

Ability to work in the details and with executives

Epic to Epic merger experience strongly preferred

Experience leading large teams of individuals and the ability to manage staff effectively

Change management focus as 3 entities are forging a new foundation and teams are forming rapidly

Past success with large-scale projects, including software and hardware implementations

Experience with 3rd party applications, Epic integration/interface, Orion, Contract Management, Vendor Management

Confidence, presence, comfortability with ambiguity

Hybrid – up to 50% on-site (Midwest) for key activities – committee meetings, kickoff, testing, workflow validation, and go live
