Lead groups of various initiatives linked to the application and/or process improvements
Provide incident/issue support through data gathering
Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes
Complete the most complex applications build/fix

Required
Certified in Epic Stork – Required
Knowledge of maternal and newborn care processes and regulations
Data analysis and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
Experience in healthcare analytics or informatics
Preferred
Certification in ClinDoc – Preferred
