Responsibilities
Lead EPIC Tapestry implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation.
Configure, optimize, and support the EPIC Tapestry module, ensuring it meets organizational requirements and healthcare standards.
Work with key stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements for Tapestry-related workflows.
Provide functional expertise in Tapestry, advising on best practices, process improvements, and system optimizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tapestry-related issues, ensuring system functionality is maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Conduct system testing, support data migration, and manage troubleshooting activities during the deployment phase.
Train and mentor staff on EPIC Tapestry processes, workflows, and system features to promote user adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business users, to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.

Required
EPIC Certification in Tapestry is required.
5+ years of experience working on EPIC implementations, with a focus on Tapestry.
Strong understanding of EPIC Tapestry workflows, configuration, and reporting capabilities.
Experience with EPIC system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Familiarity with other EPIC modules (e.g., MyChart, Ambulatory, PB).
Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and billing standards (ICD-10, CPT).
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field is preferred.
