Responsibilities

Customize Epicor Kinetic ERP with BPMs, BAQs, and application tools to meet business needs.
Create integrations between Epicor and external systems using REST APIs and Service Connect.
Design reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights.
Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide support for system configurations and end-users.
Implement system updates, migrations, and module enhancements.
Optimize ERP performance through query tuning and automation strategies.
Document system processes and provide training to technical and non-technical users.

Required

3 or more years of experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP and earlier versions such as ERP 10.
Proficiency in Epicor BPMs, BAQs, Application Studio, and Low-Code/No-Code tools.
Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, T-SQL, and REST APIs for custom development.
Experience with Service Connect, API integration tools, and system optimization.
Experience in Epicor modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory.
Experience in data migration, performance tuning, and database query optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
