Responsibilities

Consult and assist in resolving post-sales service requests (SRs) related to Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud and Hyperion Financial Management products.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing functional expertise in Oracle financial products.

Manage own work, offer strategic technical support, and diagnose customer issues using automated technology.

Participate in continuous learning and training to address complex customer issues.

Required

At least 3-5 years’ experience with Oracle FCCS and/or HFM

Professional/technical support experience

BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent with 3.0 GPA

Solid understanding of Oracle FCCS and/or HFM applications at a functional and technical level

Accounting skills including preparing and examining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and understanding specific accounting responsibilities such as income and expenditure accounts, reconciliation processes, consolidation, eliminations/disposals, ownership, and journals

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
