Responsibilities

Entering and tracking orders

Coordinating orders with salespeople, distributors, and the production team

Verifying shipping paperwork and invoices

Service-related correspondence and general customer service activities

Recording and distributing sales and service reporting data

Learning and training employees on how to properly use Rootstock ERP system

Become a superuser on their Rootstock ERP system and be the go-to person for any support needed or issues that arise within the system
