Responsibilities

Requires critical thinking, troubleshooting, validation testing, write-ups, and professional communication both internally and externally.

Serve as subject matter expert for the following areas:

Sales Order Entry

Price lists

Picking Tickets

Allocations

Shipping

Invoicing

Ecommerce Platforms

Provide end-user assistance, troubleshooting application or technical issues, and ensuring effective solutions and support continuity

Analyze requested changes and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions, work with technical team as needed to implement solutions.

Actively participate in QAD application projects, both regionally and globally

Collaborate with stakeholders to create policies and procedures to support the QAD ERP system

Conduct targeted QAD training sessions to elevate end-user competency and familiarity with QAD

Serve as a liaison between business personnel and technical resources, facilitating effective communication and solution development

Assist with ERP software upgrades and new site implementations
