Responsibilities

Design & Architecture: Create business intelligence solutions that align with VISUAL ERP technology stack, organizational goals, and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into precise VISUAL ERP-specific business intelligence reports.

Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to the development team throughout the VISUAL ERP application lifecycle.

Technology Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology options for optimal VISUAL ERP application solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Both technical and business credentials are a plus.

5+ years in an application solution lead role, with a focus on designing solutions for data warehouse/business intelligence areas, preferably on a Microsoft platform (e.g., Azure, SQL Server).

Extensive experience with VISUAL ERP, including an understanding of ERP products, processes, and regulations.

Proven ability to work closely with business partners to understand their needs and pain points within the VISUAL ERP framework.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure alignment of VISUAL ERP solutions with business needs.

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and VISUAL ERP solutions to non-technical stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
