Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and areas for improvement
Demonstrate a strong understanding of AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS systems and their functionalities.
Analyze and document end-to-end retail ERP integration processes, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined.
Review test cycles, test plans and need to write the test cases.
Provide informed and actionable input for 'go' or 'no-go' decisions for software releases.
Identify and resolve system and integration issues during the testing phase and need to write the test cases/test scenario’s and need to execute them.
Evaluate training materials, user guides, and instructional videos to ensure their relevance and usability for end-users and IT teams.
Collaborate with teams to create clear and comprehensive documentation for system workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Act as the primary point of contact for business units during the ERP implementation Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Leverage expertise in AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS to guide system design, testing, and deployment.
Ensure seamless integration and alignment with existing retail systems and processes.

Required
Retail industry experience is Required
Proven experience in retail ERP system implementation and integration, with specific expertise in AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS.
Strong understanding of end-to-end retail operations and processes.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and training delivery capabilities.
Proficiency in test planning, writing the test cases, executing the test cases and system validation.
