Responsibilities

Design and develop customized ERP modules, workflows, and reports.

Modify existing ERP systems to enhance functionality or adapt to changing business needs.

Write, debug, and maintain efficient code using programming languages such as C#, SQL, or Java.

Integrate the ERP system with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.

Ensure seamless data flow between the ERP and other business tools (e.g., CRM, BI tools, and HR systems).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into technical solutions within the ERP environment.

Conduct rigorous testing of developed ERP components to ensure functionality, performance, and security.

Address bugs and issues promptly, ensuring high system reliability.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ERP system.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.

Develop and manage database structures to support ERP functionality.

Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools based on user requirements.

Stay updated on emerging ERP technologies and best practices.

Recommend and implement system enhancements to meet future business needs.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience in ERP development, implementation, or support.

Hands-on experience with popular ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, or Infor).

Proficiency in ERP programming languages (e.g., C#, SQL, Java, or ABAP).

Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle DB) and data modeling.

Experience with web services (REST, SOAP) and APIs for integration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

ERP platform-specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer).

Database or programming certifications (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Developer).

Federal Experience is a plus.
