Responsibilities

Analyze and document current business processes across various departments

Design and optimize future-state processes leveraging ERP system capabilities

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper system configuration

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users

Provide expert guidance on best practices in ERP implementation

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress

Identify opportunities for system improvements.

Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Work closely with end-users and department heads to continuously improve ERP functionalities based on evolving business needs.

Maintain system documentation and ensure user training remains up-to-date as the system evolves

Ensure the ERP system adapts to changes in business processes, regulations, and technology, and manage necessary upgrades

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with [EPICOR]

Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing operational environment including but not limit to quotation, purchasing, planning, warehouse, quality, production and finance etc

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to translate business requirements into system specifications

Superb communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in managing ERP systems post-implementation, including system maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement

Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage and resolve operational issues within an ERP system

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with business processes, understand the ERP logic especially the material planning, work order, material transaction and posting logic

Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools

Strong presentation and training skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Change management expertise

Experience with data migration and integration

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Expertise in ERP system lifecycle management, from implementation through to maintenance and upgrades
