Responsibilities
Deliver and implement Epicor Financials (Kinetic) solutions, focusing on modules such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, general ledger, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Provide expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization to ensure clients achieve full value from their ERP investment.
Implement and optimize Epicor Kinetic modules for supply chain, production, and inventory management.
Drive process improvements in manufacturing, distribution, and operational workflows, ensuring clients achieve greater efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementation projects.
Assist Project Managers in defining project direction, timelines, and key deliverables.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across Cambia Advisors and client organizations.
Develop and share best practice training materials while conducting knowledge transfer sessions for clients and peers.
Manage multiple projects with agility, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Required
3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, operations, or ERP implementation, with familiarity in Epicor Financials (Kinetic/E10) or similar ERP systems.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results while balancing competing priorities.
Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and virtual presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with financial or operational modules and industry best practices.
