Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of ERP projects from inception to completion.

Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Kanban to ensure effective project scheduling and execution.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks using tools like Jira.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones.

Ensure adherence to PMBOK standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal time management for all team members involved in the project.

Required

Proven experience in managing ERP project implementations, demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of ERP systems.

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis related to project requirements.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.

Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques, including but not limited to Jira.

Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A background in utilizing both Agile (Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies for successful project delivery.
