Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute projects using established implementation methodologies.
Lead project meetings, status reporting, invoicing, and resource forecasting.
Resolve project issues and track progress against milestones.
Support sales cycles, develop proposals, and improve operating processes.
Mentor team members and contribute to organizational improvements.
Maintain 70%+ billable utilization.
Needed to be a PM within a professional services organization and have experience managing projects with external customers, working with internal sales, etc.
Experience managing ERP, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing projects is a plus but not a hard requirement.

Required
Experience as a Project Manager in a professional services organization.
Proven ability to manage projects with external customers and collaborate with internal sales teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred
Experience managing ERP, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing projects.
