Responsibilities
Architect, build and deliver products that delight customers with scalable and maintainable code under the hood
Be responsible for the design, implementation, unit testing, performance, and monitoring of the team’s solutions
Proven expertise in development of NetSuite ERP and building Integration
Ensure consistent process and provide technical guidance during business requirements and specifications development phases
Provide oversight, assistance, and guidance to development of the application security architecture supporting the applications
Should be comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources
Responsible for ensuring quality through design reviews, code reviews and development of standards
Serve as a mentor to team members by demonstrating alternate techniques, reviewing code, and strengthening skills
Must be able to interact well with multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow up
Researches and recommends appropriate application development best practices, and tools
Develop new functionality on our existing ERP software products and Provide development support and assistance for escalations and issues
Strong Experience in integration of multiple systems

Required
B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field
6 - 8 years hands-on experience developing Real-time/ Enterprise scale ERP applications
4-8 years hands on development and configuration of NetSuite ERP and WeChat
Expert level experience in developing and integrating complex application modules using multi-tier architecture, XML/JSON-based web services and application development tools
Implement and support web-based user interfaces using React, MVC architectural patterns, and implementation and configuration of NetSuite ERP
Experience in developing and deploying ERP technologies like NetSuite
Strong software development skills in detailed application design, database design, object-oriented concepts, and Abstraction/Dependency Injection patterns
Strong Experience in integrating with integration software such as MuleSoft, AWS API Management, Rest API, or equivalent middleware solutions and ERP software and WeChat
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL queries, NoSQL
Build secure web applications with user authentication and role-based access control
Strong focus on testing during development
Experience with JIRA or some comparable tool
Focus on customer experience and build product features that delight users
Strong Knowledge of ERP functions and business process flows
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions
Excellent communication skills at all levels in English and Mandarin. Proven ability to lead and communicate orally, in written documents, and in formal presentations is required
