Responsibilities

Participate in ERP system setup, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business processes.

Provide hands-on support to end users, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering training to improve system knowledge and usage across the organization.

Develop, customize, and generate ERP reports as requested by management and business units.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting audits and implementing data validation procedures.

Create and update user guides, technical documentation, and process workflows.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Coordinate the integration of the ERP system with other business applications.

Perform and oversee testing of new modules, upgrades, and functionalities.

Stay informed on ERP trends, best practices, and software updates.

Recommend and implement system enhancements to support organizational growth and efficiency.
