Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users.
Communicate with end-users via phone, email, ticketing system, and screenshare applications when necessary.
Install, configure, and maintain software application components.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Document all support activities and solutions in the help desk ticketing system.
Provide training and support to end-users on software applications.
Assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives.
Utilize programming skills to develop scripts or small applications to automate tasks or improve efficiency.

Required
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable processes or CPA certification
2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Proficiency in RPG, SQL, DB2, and ERP accounting systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in programming (e.g., scripting, application development)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow through the troubleshooting process from start to finish including communication to customer and internal teams
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Desire to build and maintain a positive rapport with customers
Proactive
Self-motivated to learn and grow in role
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
