Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination, management, and reporting of tasks related to 1 or more work streams such as finance, human resources, workforce management, or technology.
Engage with team members to develop work plans, update status, and prepare communications.
Prepare weekly status reports for team and executive level audiences.
Manage all scope, risk, and issue items to ensure timely resolution.
Develop and manage project schedules.
Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.
Participate in functional sessions to represent change management, consumer experience, risk, and other non-functional dimensions.

Required
Strong project management experience in cloud ERP solutions
Experience leading significant process transformation and change management
Approximately 50% travel required to various Ascension markets
Willingness to work CST business hours
Coordination, management, and reporting of tasks related to work streams such as finance, human resources, workforce management, or technology
Compliance with PMO procedures
Engagement with team members to develop work plans, update status, and prepare communications
Preparation of weekly status reports for team and executive level audiences
Management of all scope, risk, and issue items to ensure timely resolution
Development and management of project schedules
Coordination of travel and meeting arrangements
Participation in functional sessions to represent change management, consumer experience, risk, and other non-functional dimensions
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
Preferred
5 or more years managing Oracle Cloud implementation projects preferred, other cloud ERP implementation experience will be considered
Healthcare ERP implementation experience
Superior written and communication skills including ability to facilitate sessions related to workstream if necessary
Experience using Smartsheet and Google applications
Experience working with third party consulting partners
Experience leading large projects preferably in Healthcare
Experience in Human Resource project management strongly preferred
Understanding of full life cycle project delivery methodology including stakeholder and risk practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
Bachelor's degree in a related subject to business, healthcare, information technology, strongly preferred
Ability to manage and collaborate with an offshore delivery arm of the overall project team, for both functional and technical delivery tasks
Ability to drive innovation and support the team in thinking outside the box in looking to future state
Experience with organizational change management
Skills in influence, and relationship management are valuable
Develop project goals, objectives, and schedule to align with defined business strategy
Define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals
Develop, track, and document all aspects of the project
Define project budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change
Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics
Address and resolve project issues to ensure the project remains on track
