Responsibilities
Producing proprietary ESG company level research with emphasis on investment relevance
Leveraging internal and external tools to produce research
Leading regular ESG review meetings with portfolio managers on ESG issues
Monitoring company activities and event risks
Engaging in dialogue with companies on ESG agenda items
Analyzing environmental and socially related issues against a research framework
Engaging with investment teams on ESG research and portfolio performance
Contributing to special projects and team activities
Assisting in improving ESG policies, data collection, and reporting processes
Supporting external communication to investors and stakeholders

Required
Experience in ESG research and analysis preferred, but not required
Desire to work collaboratively with a global team
Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills
The ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach
The aptitude to excel in a multi-layered organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and influencing skills, and demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to present effectively before senior management and to work effectively across multiple levels and types of employees
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other business technologies
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
Bachelor's degree
