Responsibilities

Providing individualized/personalized consultations to customers, virtually, to address any questions and/or concerns they may have related to skincare advice, product usage, routines, etc.

Attend events hosted by SAYN to represent the company and provide expert advice about products being sold/promoted

Ensure the customer experience meets our standards, going above and beyond to maintain ultimate customer satisfaction

Answer questions that come in person or via chat, email, phone, etc., related to products we carry or skincare concerns

Perform facials and/or other skincare services to clients (occasionally)
