Responsibilities
The essential duties of the role are to support the Estimating department with general administrative and data entry responsibilities.
Assisting your Supervisor, Manager, and Director when required.
Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
To maintain documents in accordance with company protocols and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all Quality and HR policies and procedures.

Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Experience with an ERP system and/ or company portal
Has excellent time management and organizational skills – able to multi-task as required
Able to learn new software applications
Be able to work well with a team and take direction
Ability to work well under pressure
English is the primary language for this role
Preferred
Experience estimating
Experience reading mechanical part drawings
