Responsibilities
Discuss and implement best practices for site safety.
Motivate and recognize positive safety habits, ensuring OSHA compliance.
Manage project engineering functions in compliance with company and contract requirements.
Provide technical support for construction efforts, including planning, design, and conflict resolution.
Develop and administer project engineering procedures and work controlling documents.
Assist in drawing review and maintenance, as-built drawings, and budget adherence.
Estimate change orders, track progress on job cost budget items, and maintain job material yield.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on RFIs, assist in maintaining the schedule, and manage field operations.
Monitor field progress, develop action plans to resolve construction issues, and facilitate XBE coordination.
Maintain client relationships, attend job meetings, foster an efficient work environment, and recognize contributions from others.
Develop and mentor team members.

Required
Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
