Responsibilities
Partner with data architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data integration workflows using Talend.
Work closely with the team to design data pipelines that address business needs, ensuring data is collected, transformed, and delivered accurately, consistently, and on time.
Contribute to the creation of data models, data flow diagrams, and architectural documents that reflect the evolving needs of the business.
Design, develop, and optimize Talend jobs to ensure high performance and efficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Implement best practices in data transformation techniques, including leveraging Talend’s built-in components and custom coding where necessary to optimize data flows.
Enhance job performance by identifying and addressing inefficiencies, including improving parallel processing, minimizing redundant transformations, and ensuring optimized data loading and transformation logic.
Implement robust error handling strategies, including logging, alerts, and automated recovery processes to ensure continuous job execution and timely issue detection.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, focusing on root cause analysis and the implementation of long-term solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies, pipeline failures, or performance degradation in Talend jobs.
Analyze and correct data quality issues in the ETL pipeline, ensuring data integrity and consistency across multiple systems and environments.
Perform post-implementation testing and validation to ensure that Talend solutions meet business and technical requirements and deliver expected outcomes.

Required
Experience with Talend for data integration workflows.
