Responsibilities
Assist in operational planning and logistics, such as coordinating vendor relationships, managing RSVPs, and preparing event materials to ensure a seamless February launch.
Identify and develop relationships with potential sponsors and creative partners by maintaining a database, drafting initial outreach messages, and tracking responses to keep the COO informed on progress.
Help organize and maintain digital assets, manage content calendars for social media, and support content coordination to align with the event's goals and ensure a cohesive brand presence.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating communications, preparing meeting notes, and helping streamline project management tasks.

Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
