Responsibilities

Organize conference afterparties, large web3.0 exhibitions, and other company events

Implementing necessary marketing and social push for event projects

Execute the logistics of company-sponsored events

Creative event planning with external vendors and agencies

Manage attendance outreach to get the target audiences

Effectively manage internal and external partners to ensure event planning meets strict deadlines

Own the event marketing budget, handle contract negotiation, vendor sourcing, & invoicing for events and sponsorships

Required

1-2 years of experience in corporate event planning and conference coordination

Proven experience carrying out concurrent event marketing efforts, including event planning & reporting

Must pay high attention to detail and great time management

Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Hands-on experience managing large-scale initiatives with tight deadlines

Experience with budget management and contract negotiation

Self-starter with business strategy and development skills that can take a new partner from the very first conversation all the way to a lifetime evergreen relationship
