Responsibilities

Collaborating with Presidio’s Marketing, Alliances and Sales teams, as well as conference organizers to define event goals, strategy, and requirements.

Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

Securing the venue, planning the layout, and liaising with vendors to determine booth requirements.

Coordinating and owning all details associated with conference meeting spaces.

Managing the booking and registration of vendors, sponsors, and guests.

Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings.

Collaborating with the Marketing team on invitations and promotion via social media, emailers, and advertising.

Coordinating the logistical requirements such as security, equipment rentals, and catering services.

Running the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly.

Leading post-event follow up and results

Program managing Presidio’s partner conference calendar and creating standardized event briefs that serve as a documented plan of record for each event
