Responsibilities

Sell and achieve individual revenue goals for events in the Catering and Banquet Food and Beverage departments.

Review contracts, handle event deposits, plan menus, set agendas, provide hotel planning services, and collect payments.

Host hotel tours, maintain customer, community, and brand relationships.

Participate in and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, work as a team member with sales, events, and operations staff.
