Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator and technical producer for virtual and hybrid events.
Utilize advanced event tools and platforms such as Zoom, Zoom Events, Zoom Production Studio, Microsoft Teams, Slido, and Stream Deck to create engaging and interactive experiences.
Lead the end-to-end planning, setup, and execution of virtual and hybrid events.
Design event layouts, conduct demo runs for approvals, and ensure seamless integration of content and participant interactions.
Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including customers and leadership teams.
Understand client requirements and expectations, aligning them with event objectives to ensure satisfaction.
Manage all pre- and post-event production tasks, including sharing analytics, designing visually compelling materials, and maintaining communication with participants.
Identify and resolve technical challenges promptly before, during, or after events.
Ensure an uninterrupted and high-quality experience for participants and presenters.

Required
Advanced knowledge of Zoom, Zoom Events, Zoom Production Studio, Microsoft Teams, Slido, and Stream Deck.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events concurrently.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Creative and proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in virtual and hybrid event management and production, with a portfolio showcasing successfully executed events.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Customer service: 1 year.
