Responsibilities

Plan, execute and manage all aspects of tradeshow/ conference sponsorships, including contracting, logistics coordination, and marketing collateral

Plan, execute and manage annual sponsorships with industry publications, including webinars, social media posts, and events

Handle individual event budgets to deliver high-quality leads and maximize event ROI

Support other field events as required

Manage external vendor relationships and negotiate budgets and contracts

Domestic travel to events up to 20% of the time

Required

2-3 years of experience executing event participation/sponsorship contracts and fulfilling the deliverables, including booth selection, lead retrieval, etc.

Pre-event operations, including budget creation, booth preparations, event staffing, ordering collateral and promotional items, purchasing and shipping supplies, travel coordination, on-site services, etc.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume event calendar

Able to work in a complex, highly collaborative team environment

Superb organization skills and be deadline and schedule oriented, yet able to flex with dynamically changing priorities

Demonstrated ability to be poised and effective during high-pressure situations; ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans
