Responsibilities
Participate in creating an engaging internship experience across EverCommerce, including onboarding upcoming interns and designing initiatives to enhance their engagement.
Organize the final Intern project presentations with executive leaders.
Gather feedback from intern managers on performance and eligibility for hiring.
Provide input and recommendations on processes and improvements supporting People Operations and the employee experience.
Assist with other departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.

Required
Major in Business Management or Human Resources
High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.
Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025.
Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
