Responsibilities
EWM Analyst Supporting processing of goods movement, scrum master, Inbound/Outbound Management, Inventory Management, Site Mapping, Exception Handling, Storage and Internal Process Control
Responsible for updating process flow/process design documentation to meet Supernova requirements, performing gap analysis, build of EWM Supernova warehouse configuration, writing functional specifications for EWM template changes, performing functional unit testing, and test case development
Drive process flow review sessions with client team and identify gaps where configuration or enhancements are required
Coordinate and support offshore development team to build and test enhancements to meet business requirements
Drafted and obtained business approval for three enhancement design documents involving customization for RF functionality as well as product master custom fields
Handed over functional specification requirements to development team and performed successful unit testing for enhancements
Requirements involve configuring the EWM system to support conventional warehouse inventory storage, inbound, outbound, and internal processes, as well as customized automated processes working in conjunction with external automated warehouse control system (WCS)
