Responsibilities
Develop a detailed Excel spreadsheet (2,000+ rows) outlining the organization’s span and layer hierarchy
Aggregate, structure, and manipulate data from various sources to construct a clear hierarchical framework
Format and indent data to visually display reporting relationships for each manager
Incorporate features for enhanced usability, such as pivot tables for data analysis
Partner with senior leadership to refine and finalize the report based on the feedback and review sessions.
Deliver a polished, actionable document within the designated timeline

Required
Advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and manipulation, ideally within HR or organizational settings

Proven ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
